"This company is VERY bad. Their physical therapy services are fine, but they are extremely dishonest and shady. They swore up and down that their company and all the providers were in network with my insurance company. We got a bill saying otherwise. They lied to my wife to get her in the door. I called their billing and the lady cut me off the whole conversation. I asked for her supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and the supervisor was having technical issues and couldn’t speak with me. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I received a bill from them after my calls that is out of network. I called again and all of the supervisors were not available again. This company is EXTREMELY BAD. We will never do business with them again and neither should you!"

"Worst experience ever. I will not go back to this provider again in my life. Firstly, the service was not at all good, they literally did nothing on the day of therapy, wasted my time and money that's all. Secondly, they told I was supposed to make a co-pay of $10 only for the session, and few days later they send me a bill of $91.51. When I ask them to waive off the bill or give me a 50% discount on the bill, they say that ATI is not responsible for any wrong information provided by their own employees."

"Jennifer has been amazing with my 11 year old daughter. She was very nervous about starting PT after she broke her arm. After our first visit with Jennifer my daughter commented, “I thought I wouldn’t like physical therapy, but that was actually pretty fun!” I appreciate that Jennifer does manual therapy with my daughter as well as muscle strengthening. We’ve only been going for a short time, but we are already seeing great results. We’re very happy at ATI and would highly recommend them to friends and family."
