"I've found the experience dealing with this office to be below average. Their follow-up is often very delayed. For example: I am waiting on interpretation of scan results from almost a week ago and instead I received a call from them today about paying a bill. None of tests/scans are in my online portal. I feel like I have to come in for appointments that could have been an email. The only positive is the receptionist who is prompt at replies and welcoming. Planning to go elsewhere."

"My husband is a patient & had a great visit with his urologist (Dr. Verlage is awesome!) however the hold time when you call is awful, we leave messages & don't receive a call back & the staff just doesn't seem to have it together. The first thing he did when he arrived at his appt was update his address but it somehow fell through the cracks & wasn't done. Then when calling the billing dept to find out if he has a balance & why we haven't received a bill I got an unexpected & unnecessary attitude that makes me not want to go here again. At least the doc was great."

I had a relatively minor surgery and it went great, no lingering issues and the whole procedure and every aspect of the surgery was explained to me sufficiently. I also applied for financial assistance to help pay for the surgery and the staff there were also incredibly helpful and nobody made me feel like applying for help was a bother. Highly recommended."
