"Went here on a Sunday after contacting poison oak at work a few days prior. Scheduled an appointment online, it was convenient and the wait was short. Was seen by PA Gupta. Unfortunately she misdiagnosed my poison oak and tried to tell me it was eczema instead. I'm no stranger to poison oak rash because I've had it more times than I care to admit, it's an extremely common encounter at my work. No other doctor has ever had an issue recognizing my poison oak and prescribing me prednisone for it, which is the only thing that even remotely helps my reaction. I've even had it prescribed to me over a video visit with a doctor during the pandemic. She refused to prescribe me prednisone saying that it wasn't going to be beneficial to me and instead gave me a sedative for sleeping and a steroid cream after I had already told her that steroid creams did not work for me in the past. Not sure how that sedative is going to help me control my symptoms at work this week either. I won't be visiting this urgent care again."

"Very disappointed to show up for blood work appointment after fasting and rearranging work/dropoff schedule to be told they couldn't take me. Apparently, they tried calling, but I received no voicemail, email or text. I thought zoom was supposed to make healthcare convenient."

Christina as the associate gave me some gauze and ice pack to help my bleeding thumb while waiting for my appointment. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and for taking the time to take care of me when I needed it. I know you had to stay a little longer past closing time, I am so grateful to both of you."

"Don't come to this location. The PA (Gupta) was unhelpful and arrogant. I had to beg her to review my prior blood tests. This location doesn't do any lab test or imagining. It was a waste of time and hope. I had serious symptoms, yet they couldn't do anything. You have to go to a SuperLocation."
