We were from outside Oregon on vacation and needed help. If you need help, we suggest you try somewhere else."

"I’ve never been to an urgent care before but I’d heard of urgent care in general being a nightmare, however I’m so glad I picked zoomcare as my first urgent care experience. Initially made an appointment elsewhere, (lots of options, it’s was a weekday) and someone actually called and recommended I go to the Scholls Ferry one because the one I originally made an appointment at didn’t have imaging- so it was nice that someone bothered to reach out before my appointment and made sure I would be able to receive the services I wanted. They also made sure my insurance would be accepted too. The office was clean, the people checking in appointments were kind and professional, and the woman ahead of me was finishing up her appointment and was expressing how happy she was with the service. The doctor was was really friendly, and I felt safe. All in all a good experience, hopefully I won’t need urgent care again soon but I will come back again if I do."
