"My experience here was terrible from the get-go. I waited on hold twenty minutes to schedule and was then told they would need to call me back. When they didn't for over a week, I had to call again to be scheduled. The provider suggested a medication change to me, stating many other patients had done it. After a two month process of weaning and consulting with a GP and pharmaceutical nurse practitioner, it was determined the switch is never clinically recommended and my time had been wasted experiencing withdrawal symptoms. The billing department first submitted the claim with codes my insurance covered, but re-submitted with more expensive codes the insurance didn't and left me allegedly responsible for hundreds of dollars. They also violated the balanced billing act by sending a lab test to an out of network provider (those results also took a week longer than stated and required follow up to receive). They then refused to fill a prescription my prior doctor had no issue with and told me to seek a separate specialist in a back-handed way to deny care because I disputed my bill. I've seen job postings for this place with far below market wages and it shows in the cross-departmental displays of incompetence. Don't waste your time at this clinic."
