"The doctors are great, however I was a patient of a doctor for 15+ years. I recently tried to make an appointment, and since I hadn't seen my primary care doctor (he was busy the last 2 appointments) in over a year, they kicked me out and called me a new patient and wouldn't let me book an appointment with my primary doctor. Not only that, as a new patient they were booking 3 months out. Are you kidding?! I strongly recommend finding another Portland area clinic that cares about their patient, and I feel bad for the good doctors that have to work for The Portland Clinic."
"Secured an appointment with this clinic as my primary care and the appointment was cancelled due to the Doctor being OOO. I was supposed to get a call back from the office but never did and had to call back multiple times just to get hold of the central reservation who weren't helpful and tried to push the appointment for another 7 months. After showing my frustration they managed to get the office to call me back and this is almost after 2 weeks since I first got the message that my appointment was cancelled. Then due to an unforseen issue I wanted to switch my appointment with my husband's but the central reservation managed to get both of them cancelled without getting them switched. Their explanation was that they have to cancel each of them and someone else may have grabbed the appointments before they switched it and the next best they could do is in 8 months. I mean how incompetent is that as they were both secured appointments for more than 9 months. Moreover the receptionist- Megan was very rude, unhelpful and extremely incompetent and should be given some training around how to handle customers and understand the sensitivity of the circumstances. I can't comment on the doctors or the care they provide but getting through the reservations and their behaviour was an appalling experience."
"Whoever answered the phone while I was waiting on hold for quite sometime was very rude and short with me. I am sick and the last thing I need is to have to be dealing with poor customer service! They didn’t even take my information down so how were they to even know who my appointment was with? I haven’t even been into this clinic yet but this person needs some serious training in customer service skills. It’s not my fault you don’t like your job ma’am."
"Over all like the clinic Dr I meet for first time was very helpful and attentive. I was having some frustration being sent back and forth was trying to find out how to get my medical records transferred to them and felt helpless and not being helped. As I went back downstairs to turn in the clipboard, I felt defeated and frustrated. There was one of the employees that worked downstairs. The only initials I can see was Mar D As I received help from her, she said she would finish it up for me and make sure it got faxed That is the customer service that I really appreciate. Good employee you have keep up the good work I really appreciate her help and then she followed up with an email as well letting me know that she took care of it. I really appreciate her help keep up the great work we need more people like her in the world."
