"Played phone tag from Jan. to June to make an appointment. Went to the office and was rudely told that I needed a code number to reach the McMinnville office. Nowhere online or in any paperwork I saw was the secret number revealed. I asked them to write it on the back of my appointment card. I saw the doctor and scheduled a cystoscope for the following week. On Thursday I had the procedure done. Everything went well. On Saturday I went to the emergency room because I hadn’t been able to pee for two days. Turns out I had a raging bladder infection!! They started an IV and gave me IV antibiotics. They tried to get a hold of Dr Stanek, or his on-call urologist, or an on call urologist at Good Sam, Corvallis, and couldn’t. After five hours they gave me the option of being admitted or go home after also giving me oral antibiotics. I chose to go home. On Monday I called NWU using the secret code and got the receptionist. I told her I had been in on Thursday and went to the emergency with an infection on Saturday, and had been told to call on Monday and should see Dr Stanek. She asked if they gave me antibiotics. I said yes. She said “Well, there is nothing else we can do for you”. I hung up. The doctor is a nice guy and seems to be a good doctor. I just can’t deal with the battleaxe anymore."

"Called them to get husband a minor surgery and they were very helpful. Gave me names of all the Drs and let me research all of them. Ended up using a Dr who just moved here, Dr Staneck. Husband said he was awesome, thorough, procedure went by the books, no complications and the front office apparently were in hysterics with my husbands jokes both before and after. I was super nervous using a Dr who had no reviews but so happy I took the plunge as he was in fact the best decision in the end."
