"they are always kind to me and my family and we always receive great care. They are also very respectful. Thank you so much."
"They don't deal with worker's comp?? After putting a rusty nail into my hand at work and needing a tetanus shot, I went here for help. Even though the parking lot was empty and there was no one in the waiting room I was told to come back in 3 hours for an appointment. I even told them this happened at work. So when I came back at my appointment time they insisted they run my insurance and then informed me they don't deal with workers comp. Well what good are you then?! I went to Zoom Care instead."
"My visits are always on time, get right in. I am very pleased with my PA Joy Gephert. I am truly comfortable around her. I feel like I can tell her anything. The receptionists are very nice also. It's just a pleasant place!"
"Not impressed with the staffing here. I do see my regular doctor here and never had a issue until this night. Unable to afford an emergency room bill, I decided to get my injured hand checked out at urgent care. When I walked in, I asked if this was the same building for urgent care and the receptionist was very quick, rude and unprofessional on how she corrected me by saying "immediate care!" but then said yes. It was. I informed her I needed to be seen and she was even quicker to say "I'm sorry, but we take our last patient at 7pm." I explained that there was a possibility that my hand was broken and couldn't afford and emergency room bill. The woman behind the counter didn't seem to care. Now I get that doctors, nurses and that receptionist have their own lives and would like to get out of work on time, but if tuality is going to advertise an urgent care/immediate care (whatever you wanna call it, not that that matters) to be open till 8pm they should be accepting patient until 8pm! If the staff wishes to leave by 8pm, and accepts the last patient at 7pm, than advertise the the office closes at 7pm! Patient's shouldn't have to suffer because the staffing wants to go home on time! Especially when there's the possibility there's a broken bone! In addition to that, the receptionist was quite with and answer every time! Trying to make it clear even if she made the acception, there was no x-ray technician there anyway. So thanks tuality! You were the cherry on top of my day! Thought, struggling through the pain of a nearly broken hand was bad and couldn't get any worse, but the receptionist at Forest Grove Immediate care on 1/18/22 at 7:10 pm proved me wrong!"
"If there was a way, I'd rate you lower. I took my wife to this facility because her doctor told us to go there. My wife's hands and feet, knees and calves were swollen to immense size and were very sore and she could no longer get her legs to move when trying to walk. We arrived at 4:30-5:00 p.m. and I went to retrieve a wheelchair. After standing behind 2 other check ins and awaiting the slow check-in person, I was allowed to retrieve a wheel chair from the back room. After wheeling my wife in she got checked in and was told to wait. My wife asked for a warm blanket as she was cold. She was told that he "don't believe I'm allowed to do that" yet another woman asked for an ice pack and was promptly given one by the same guy! We waited as they took in three other patients that arrived after us and when the door was locked and no one else could come in did she finally get wheeled to the back rooms where I retrieved her from after waiting about 45 minutes. They didn't offer her the exam table or even help to get up on it. She was still sitting in that same chair that I had sat her in over 4 hours earlier! If this is what we can expect in Forest Grove now, we'll be going elsewhere, which is sad because we loved the place before the big change."
