"We definitely found a great variety of records here and purchased a few that we are super excited about. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. My partner asked about a certain artist and the person working the counter was really dismissive and judgmental in response. They also scoffed at our record choices when we were checking out. With such a wide variety of music sold at this store, I would expect the people that work there to be less elitist when it comes to music taste."

"Door was locked and 3 people were outside smoking cigarettes. They said they would open in 5 minutes. Customer service is non existant at this place. Don't waste your time going. Talking to friends was more important than business."
