"Amazing speakers, build and quality of components. Blown away by their early Intimus line. 1" thick MDS, amazing sound. Now have the Verus Grand IIs, 10 yr warranty. I think the new ones have 5, which is still solid. Had an issue with a crossover and they too care of it quickly. Great company and amazing high end speakers at a mid level price."

"Amazing customer service! After researching for months and watching every video and reading every review I literally could not find a single bad review of Aperion Audio. I called ahead and talked to Collin. I'm lucky enough to be able to visit Aperion Audio in person. Collin spent about 45 mins with me disconnecting and reconnecting multiple speakers, super tweeters, and subwoofer combinations to help me decide what I wanted. He was very patient and friendly and I never felt pressured. I left with a full set of speakers and couldn't be more excited! Collin's customer service was top notch, this man deserves a raise! I called them to place an order because I was having an issue with their website and was connected to a delightful gentleman named Collin. He is the epitome of superb customer service. He walked me through the ordering process and was able to assist me in ordering a center channel speaker and two bookshelf speakers. He also kept me up to date on the nuances of new speakers and their design. The delivery was awesome. I love the white glove and velvet bag that the products came in. We had an issue with one of the speakers and it was no nonsense to replace the paIr.We are awaiting the new speakers and will return the old ones to Aperion.
