"The nurse Aurora was probably the one of the worst healthcare providers I have ever had an encounter with. I came in bleeding and cramping, thinking I’m having a miscarriage and I asked what I should do because my obgyns office was closed and they told me to go to the emergency room. The entire time Aurora was smiling and shaking her head and rolling her eyes and asking me questions in a way that made me seem like I was stupid like using her fingers to ask how big my baby is. I asked if I could get an ultrasound and she said it was not up to me. They lack empathy and compassion here and because of her I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. I really hope management does something about this. Update: the day after I bled a lot and had to rush to Kadlec in Richland and they took really good care of me. They told me if they would have helped me the day before at Lourdes in Pasco I would have not bled so much and could have prevented the procedure they had to do. I really really do not recommend you come to this hospital. Never again."

"My mom recently had knee replacement surgery on 1/2/24. The physical therapist was rude and unprofessional. My mom tried to get out of bed and fell ripping her IV’s out, she did try to get out of bed on her own but what bothers me more than anything is none the nurses/staff told me she fell. My mom called me Wed 1/3 morning at 6 am and told me what happened and when I arrived at the hospital around 9:30am on Wed the bloody she used to soak up the blood was still in her room on her walker . There were other issues as well, just a frustrating experience."

"It’s nice to find a family practice provider like Dr Adling, who sees the entire family, takes the time to know our family, and listens to our concerns. Dr Adling is wonderful! It means a lot to be able to tell him anything and trust his advice and guidance."

"I will die before I go to this pulmonologist! After waiting a month for a callback to get an appointment, finally was able to talk to the referral coordinator and was told they didn’t accept Oregon insurance! I live in Oregon but Medicare and my secondary insurance are both federal insurance! My husband and I have been treated by other doctors in Washington and have never experienced such incompetence."

"From the beginning Lourdes did amazing. The pre-op nurse was sharp and amiable. The admissions lady was kind and efficient. The check in nurse on the day of surgery did a great job preparing me.
