"Very bad company! The manager was over worked, not compensated, and abused by this company. The location is a parking lot. It USED to be a resort, but that is long gone. You pay a premium price for a resort that you do not get, although that price is still at market value around here. The stated rental price does NOT include all of the fees that they tack on. You cannot pay in person, so you pay a $5 convenience fee to pay online, with no other options. Seriously?! Just tell us the price including all of your fees, the cost of running your operations should be a part of the sale and not additional. We are looking for a better location. This one is plain false advertising."

"This place is garbage, the owner Denise and Mike warner scam people by not giving them their mail and packages by stealing them and having someone from another park come down and take them back up to Vancouver. I witnessed this and was told by the person who was doing it. I contacted authorities but nothing was done. They charge you 675 a month and you only get a space, nothing else..no pool, workout room nothing. Do not stay at this park"

"The fact they use the word "Resort" is a joke in itself. 95% of the "area" is permanent residents. The few spots they have open are in direct sun, dirty with garbage all over the ground. The price charged was not worth the spot. A pool was advertised, so my kids were excited, just to find out it closes at 530 Monday through Friday. We arrived at 520 on Friday for a one night stay on our way to the coast. Stopped here so we weren't on the road all day. NOTHING to do. Not worth the money or time, drive further down the road and find a better park to stay at"

"I have been a long term resident (6 years) due to my husband's employment. Since the new owner, RV INN STYLE, has bought the park its been a nightmare. Cheryl, the camp host is very unfriendly and makes the park a very hostile environment. She is very unreasonable and thrives with having conflict with tenants. She makes up the rules as she goes a long and depending on who you are. I am not a favorite so now I have a dumpster in front if my camper. I had a conversation we Cheryl to please move the dumpster in which she agreed. Then once she was mad again, it was back. She bad mouths the company and solicits work from tenants stating she can't get anyone to come work out here due to the company won't pay thier bills. The pool has not been heated in months. The gym equipment is broken. There is no wifi. The office is never open. I have reached out to corporate for resolution and I went from one dumpster to two in front of my camper. With options available in the area, don't make this your first choice."

"The manager has been amazing for us and has helped us out when needed. She is so kind. She does alot for her guests/tenants. She has done gatherings and get togethers :-) We have seen improvements in the park since we have been here over the last couple months. The major complaint would be the lack of Wi-Fi :-( The park needs better service."
