"This place used to be open until 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday and until 6:00 PM on Sunday. I have texts notifications set up and they didn't tell me they changed the hours. Now they close at 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sunday. I am a night owl and showed up today (Monday February 26 2024) at 6:45 PM thinking they were open and they weren't. Now I have to go a night without one of my sleepp meds. Thanks a lot Wal-Mart...."

"Staff are wonderful, pleasant and efficient. Automated ordering system used to work well but is now useless, so there are wait times for the call to be dealt with. Dealing with a pleasant person makes the wait worth while."

"Literally have horrible customer service I walked in and got in line behind another customer to be snapped at by the woman behind the counter that they closed at 6 at 6:12 with 2 other people being helped. I understand being short handed and working in Customer service but you don't have to be flat out rude! Had she politely stated they closed at 6 I wouldn't have been so upset. The problem was not that they were closed but the way the woman acted like I had blatantly gotten in line to make her stay late. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy who has better people skills!"
