"Room is advertised at one price online ($65) and then more than doubles ($140) when you try to book it - misleading. Tried to call and got some automated call center and was on hold for several minutes with a recorded sales pitch for some other company before giving up. Drove by thinking maybe they’re an office that can help, looks deserted and closed. Waste of time."

"Came on vacation and paid over $170. Room and location were fine except for: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 24/7 customer guest services phone number was not friendly, asked me for my credit card information and my ID info 3 times after submitting it online. To top it off … customer service agent said she had emailed me the 10 digit code to unlock the room however, when we arrived she lied and said it was already provided and to check my email again. When I stated there was no digit she was not apologetic and then said “Is this all you needed?” This back and forth with 3 customer service agents while having hardly any signal was not necessary. Will not be booking here again."

"The rooms themselves are decent, cute and clean. But everything other than the rooms take away from the experience. Paid well over $170 to stay here for one night. NO AC, terribly hot all night long. LOUD, terribly loud all night long sounds from the road or people outside. Unable to sleep in regards to the sound levels. i didn’t receive the correct information to unlock our door and it took 40 min to get an email to fix it. THE SMELL…. there was something dead in the garbage can next to our hotel room and it was terrible. you couldn’t smell outside without gagging. and then to our surprise the same smell filled our room as well. we had to leave before going to sleep to air out the room, it was disgusting. i would not recommend this place and will not be staying here again."

"Rooms were very cute and clean. Reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is there is no on-site management or number to call regarding obnoxious drunk guests fighting late night and early morning hours. I wasn't on vacation to call the police. I would stay again if this problem was resolved."
