"Bed bugs in two of the rooms we stayed in. Managers don’t speak any English. They have to call their daughter to translate. She didn’t believe us about the bedbugs. Don’t think we’ll be back. I hope Linn County does something. Edit: 1. It was Linn County that is your inspector. 2. I never spoke with whomever responded to my review as the two elderly people at the hotel did not speak any English. 3. The meta data in my photos shows it was in your hotel room so are you negating my experience? 4. The other people we were with said that housekeeping turned off the AC and turned on the heat full blast (daytime temps in the 90s) while they were gone so that tells me the bedbugs were a known issue (as that is a treatment)(kind of) 5. Do you want me to share more pictures? I have 3 other people that witnessed the bedbugs. I should send you a bill for all the mitigation time and money spent on dealing with the bedbugs that were crawling on my body when I woke up. Very uncomfortable feeling. Scared of staying anywhere for life. Thanks for running such a ‘clean’ establishment and taking responsibility for your actions."

"The stay was semi quiet and the rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The issue is having someone that works here just walking into our room while my family is sleeping. No one knocked or said anything."

"Place was ok. It was 30 degrees out (daytime) when we checked in. The old man kept us standing outside while he took his time turning on his computer sitting in his office. He mumbled under breath and didn’t communicate well with me and husband. Website makes the area looks nice and safe. But once we got there, looks sketchy. Double check your car peeps. The room was alright. Clean and comfortable enough just for a few days. Though the two cushion sitting chairs were stained with who knows what (I don’t want to know really!) Not a place where we’ll go back to."

"As we were checking out they went and checked the room as they always do. We paid cash so we had to pay a $25 deposit as well. After he checked our room he proceeds to tell me that we won't be getting our deposit back because there are stains on the towels. We asked to see their refund policy and they don't have one so the owner or whoever proceeded to call the cops because we are upset we can't get our $25 deposit back. So we shall see how this goes. Nevernagain we will pay to stay at a place that can't afford to keep up on their hotel"
