"I have nothing nice to say about the experience I have had with the doctors for the past 4 yrs. I feel as if they are a low budget group of doctors. Roseburg got the rejects that nobody else would take on. I would not recommend Evergreen Family Medicine"

"Both the clinic and the doctors upcharge billing to those insured. Meaning, they take certain words I.E. blood sugar, heart, breathing, Covid Ect… with these words, it changes a billing visit from simple to level 2 or 3. In turn, your bills triples or quadruples. I’ve had several per-diem employees convey and confirm this information. I was told they have a revolving door of employees going/leaving, due to the the money first agenda, very disturbing.."

"My doctor is an excellent practitioner who delivers excellent treatment. One ongoing frustration is that one must followup closely to make sure the ancillary staff follow through with sending the doctor's orders where they need to go, lab, drugstore, etc."
