"I like it plus they’re faster than Safeway and vey polite."
"1. Answers the phone 2. They will take time to answer your question 3. They fill your prescription quickly and rarely have a line. 4. They are open later than most pharmacies I highly recommend them. Great service"
"The store is clean and bright. I didn't wait long for the prescription to be paid for. This was my first time in this store. They had the medications that another pharmacy said was on back order and was unable to say when it may be in. Thank you, Caris? For filling the gap."
"Yeah sure their service is quick. But their personal skills need to be worked on. This is my first experience with Caris. But I know I won't be using them again. The pharmacist went over a med that wasn't covered by my insurance and showed me meds I could buy over the counter. Instead of taking an all-in-one, I would need to give my son two meds. He told me I could go to Wal-Mart, and perhaps they would have an all-in-one. One thing though... How am I supposed to know which meds to get at a different store? Sure, he went over the active ingredients that were in the meds that were needed. But being a person that has worked in the general public you just go the extra mile for your customers. You google or look it up for the customer if they're asking and give them a printout. So they know what to look for and where to go. When I tried asking what med the pharmacist thought would be a sufficient all-in-one he instead gave me a response of, "I don't know what they have on the shelf." That's why you research. Educate yourself so you can be a better help to the public for future encounters. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much cause I like giving others clear direction. But I really think it's because they wanted me to buy the over-the-counter meds at their facility."
"I don't think I can thank the Caris staff enough. They took in a new customer in the last hours of the day. Requested a prescription transfer and filled it before closing. Those meds helped before morning. Thank you for your help. You now have two new customers. See you soon."
