"I was super grateful for the help and advice from the employee who suggested that I get the Good Rx app to get my out of pocket expense down from $55 to $7. I wouldn't have thought to do that or known how easy it was!"

"I tried to explain to the pharmacist there was a mixup between mail order and pick up for my prescription. I received no help resolving the matter, only that I could call the mail order people since they’re a different entity than Walgreens in Monmouth. Walgreens did process my payment, but no prescription. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to another pharmacist a few days ago, and she would correct the problem ASAP, and I would be notified when the prescription was ready to pick up. The pharmacist I talked to today, hung up on me because she thought I was being rude when I asked for clarification and assistance to get this issued resolved."

"I’ve been waiting for 2 prescriptions for well over a week now. When I went in they said they were busy and didn’t know when. I waited a few More days- this morning I stopped In To see if they had them yet- NO, not yet. When it was Bimart pharmacy, IT WAS AWESOME- they did their jobs! I don’t know what they’re doing back there, but I do know ITS NOT MY PRESCRIPTIONS! You all are slow, unprofessional and rude. Even if I’m nice you’re RUDE. You say there’s others… so where do I fit in there? Why aren’t mine important? This is absolutely rediculous- I’m patient but this is over the top. Get it together techs! You should have just left Bimart pharmacy BIMART PHARMACY! Still no prescriptions for me! WTH??"

"I have been with Walgreen's in Keizer, plus 3 in Salem and all are a load of rubbish, I don't know how Walgreen's stays in business, they have so many complaints from unsatisfied customers. Definitely not worth the 1 star rating."

"Literally THEE WORST pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The staff is horrible, no one ever knows what is going on or what they're doing. I try to avoid going there at all costs but sometimes I can't and EVERY SINGLE TIME there's an issue and it usually takes days to rectify and it's usually with little to no help from an employee. They pretty much want you to do their job for them. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely not, do not use this pharmacy unless you have literally no other option."
