"I went here a lot as a kid, but lately it has been getting bad in terms of the cleanliness of the movie theater between movies. They don’t seem to care about cleaning up after some movies, and I don’t know if it is because they are short handed or not, but that shouldn’t be an excuse. I came into watch a movie and it had not even started yet, but the cup holders were jammed with garbage and there was still food on the floor. I will be also mentioning this to the management because this shouldn’t be overlooked. It is still a good company and a local movie chain, but they need to keep attention on this matter."

"My wife and I love “Super Movie Tuesday” we come at least once a month, this month we will be coming 3-4 times. Clean theaters and lobby. Amazing combos!!! Highly highly highly recommend this theater! Once the theater’s volume was low and I asked the staff to turn it up, within a couple minutes the volume was turned on. I have no complaints at all with this theater. So far great experience and have been coming here for 8 months."

"The theater over all is pretty good. The management is not. The bald manager is always very presumptive, rude, and arrogant. I've been there probably over 40 times and haven't ever made a single complaint and the first and only time I asked for Money back, the bald manager chimed in sarcastically. There were several groups of young kids talking. We gave it about 10 minutes and decided to head home. I very calmly and politely asked the staff member at the counter for a refund. And when they asked what the reason for the refund was, I said, oh there was just a lot of talking going on. Then he chimed in while leaning on the back counter and was very condescending when he said, "You just have to give people time to settle." I wasn't yelling, being rude, asking for any compensation. I simply asked for my money back. He clearly was for some reason personally offended and decided it was important that I knew it was my fault for not being understanding and asking for my money back. I wish that were the first time, but that Bald manager is always rude. I just try to avoid him."
