"Has FRIENDLY the staff is here I've had not such good luck. AGAIN let me say how super friendly and polite the all the staff is including the pharmacist. The challenge when dealing with this particular pharmacy is probably more of a upper management, technical issue. I've elected to utilize the automatic phone service, it's when the text me a message saying when my prescription is ready for pick-up. On several occasions I've been notified my order is ready for pick-up on to arrive there 1-3 days later (just to give them EXTRA time) only to be told they're out of the medication? WHY DOESNT SOMEONE NOTIFY ME OF THEM BEING OUT OF MEDICATION? that way I can arrange something else. Some medications ppl take are needed everyday. I've started calling EVERYTIME prior to going. And the other thing is similar to the first challenge?a d that is simply getting my medication on time. It was a normal occurrence to arrive only to hear "okay its not ready yet, give us 15-20 minutes" this?is particularly a pain in the backside when on a TIGHT schedule or worse during winter driving conditions!"
"NEWEST COMPLAINT 10/13/23 Erin is rude and has attitude- not realizing that those who are calling a pharmacy are a specific crowd and should be treated with kindness & respect. If you’re busy, that’s not the callers fault nor should a professional make the caller involved. Training to handle simple stressors and how to respond without callousness, is needed. I called into the pharmacy 3/21 @9AM and the woman I spoke to showed no respect. She blandly asked for information and didn’t say thank you. I work customer service so I know what’s acceptable and I’m not asking for too much. Some people should not be interacting with customers, as they give Fred Meyers a bad name. Every time I interact with someone who hates their job and can’t even respect it, it compels me to do my part and mention it."
"The pharmacist and techs are always kind and helpful, even when the pharmacy is really busy. They take the time to answer questions and are quite knowledgeable."
"All of my prescriptions should be filled same day but I continually never get them all then I get a message saying there’s a charge when all mine are covered. The mean lady that answers the phone is Erin. Call corporate and complain call store manager too. It’s lasted “the good” behavior for about five months but now it’s back to being slammed on hold and not even spoken to or asked to hold. This pharmacy has no ethics or morals. They think they know all that are disabled but they do not so get ready your in for the ride of your life. Will be changing is they say their out of a medication one more time requiring me to drive back into Portland to get medication."
"I stopped using them for most of my medications. My zofran still gets filled there though. Every time I’ve asked for it to be ready by a certain time it is not. Almost every time I called the phone rings, & they just put you on hold without even speaking to you to let you know. Then they have you on hold for 10 or more minutes. I requested my refill be ready by 2 as I’m going out of town today, never got a call so I just called & now they can have it ready after 5. If you need things in a timely manner go elsewhere. The pharmacy I go to for my other medications does a much better job."
