Safeway Pharmacy

"Strange mutants work at the pharmacy. Maalox moves quicker then them. And if you sign up for text alerts do not get them. They have a personality of a dead person. That would be a upgrade.Still the slowest, worse pharmacy I ever seen. Slow, slow , slow. Better luck with a turtle."

"Almost always out of stuff. Like constantly. Why ? Its not the ghetto and you have turnover / transaction volume that contradicts this being a good idea. You get 3 only because its convenient. I don't do one star reviews unless someone royally screwed up . I'm not a lemming and dont use their pharmacy so no idea on that but if you get inoculated out of fear at a common grocery store that's not sanitary you're no genius either freind so idk what ppl want there"

"Can’t get anyone on the phone during business hours. They don’t have a hold system, and their voicemail is full. Why bother advertising vaccine services when you can’t talk to anyone about it?"

"The pharmacy tech I spoke to over the phone was so rude. I called to check on a prescription and he was short and had a lot of attitude. I was very kind towards him like I would anyone who I am on the phone with so it threw me off when I was met with blatant disrespect. I called on behalf of someone else to see if they had processed the prescriptions and figure out what issues were at hand. I had said if they don’t have the script that was sent in a couple hours ago, if I am able to call it in and he stated I have no right to call in an order. Don’t know why I wouldn’t be able to get it called in if they stated they never received an order in the first place. I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy until now, it’s quite disappointing how unprofessional and disrespectful this person was. I do hope the rest of the staff are respectful and treating others better than I was."

"I have been going to Safeway Pharmacy for about 5 years. I was always treated with respect. That’s most of the reason I stayed with Safeway’s Pharmacy. The reason I am still not going as much is me and the pharmacy aide had a decrepancy. I found out the pharmacy aide was talking to someone I do know. She was talking about my personal business to this lady I know. That was not any of her right to do that. However, now that I’ve been injured and my spine is out of wack. I can’t get around very well. I get more prescriptions than ever before. I sold my car. I have a hard time getting up the hill of Harrison st. I do still shop at Safeway. They always have the freshest fruits and veggies. I always buy a lot of sweets at your bakery. Safeway always carry good quality foods. I love my Safeway store. Once my spine is fixed. I will come more often. I entered the $100 grocery give away. I already referred about 25 people. Whether they came or not. That I don’t know. I know tons of people on Facebook that I referred for the $100 grocery giveaway. I hope you have that list or tell me how to go about making it known that the people I referred were counted that I referred. I will most likely call to make sure. So that I can relay the info.
