"I never used Safeway pharmacy before. I decided to use them for the recent covid vaccine since it was hard to get an appointment at my regular pharmacy. I don't think I'll ever go back. I had a billing rejection. Which I get I worked in pharmacy. They insisted I call my insurance company. It was after hours. I told her I can pay out of pocket for some reason rhe pharmacist made a pretty big deal out of it and started arguing with me. She also was argumentative when I suggested that I could call the other pharmacy that i made an appointment but cancelled. She inisted i needed to call my insurance company. I called the other pharmacy. They did prebilled it So they reverse the claim. Everything was good. But then she kind of was still defensive and argumentative after it was approved. Kind of critizing me saying you never cancel online. Always cancel in person. I just felt there was a lot of unneeded arguing ,defensiveness and, critizing when I all I wanted was my vaccine and I was willing to pay for it out of pocket if I needed to.. I know they work long hours. But there was no reason draw out something that could be handled differently."

"I HAVEN'T USED THEM OFTEN DUE TO MY BAD EXPERIENCES HOWEVER I HAVE USED THEM PERIODICALLY OVER THE PAST 20+ YEARS. TODAYS EXPERIENCE JUST REMINDED ME OF THE JOKE THEY ARE! TOMORROW MY MOM AND I HAVE SURGURY. 4 PRESCRIPTIONS EACH. NONE NEEDED UNTIL TONIGHT AND THEN FOLLOWING APPT. PHARMASIST: NO-ONE WAITS TILL THE DAY BEFORE A SURGURY TO PICK UP THIER PRESCRIPTIONS!!! YOU WANT ALL OF THESE TONIGHT!!! FINE, I'LL CALL YOU IN AN HOUR OR TWO! OK.. SO EACH SCRIPT IS 1 PILL - EXCEPT 1 WHICH IS 15. YES, I HOPE YOU CAN HANDLE IT BUT I WANT THEM ALL TONIGHT & WHY WOULD I PICK THEM UP SOONER WHEN I DONT TAKE THE FIRST ONE UNTIL LATER TONIGHT? - REGARDLESS, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!! THEN, WHEN I MADE A COMMENT OF WHY I REMEMBER I NEVER COME HERE... I WAS TOLD YOU KNOW YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! RIDICULOUS!! NICE, PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - NOT!!!!!"
