"Love these folks to pieces!!! Everyone I've dealt with has gone over & above my expectations & I have very high expectations for those in service industry jobs. They will order meds, for me, from specific vendors that my Dr's have specified unlike any other pharmacy. Unless I have an urgent need, I will not use another pharmacy!!!!"

"Ordinarily I am singing their praises, but today extremely disappointed. I was seen yesterday for an infection and I had the option of my local pharmacy and here. I had to work right after my appt so I opted for here as I assumed (obviously my first mistake) that since they were ordered yesterday, I would have them by today. I called to double check and was told they "only" got it yesterday and SOP is 7-10 business days. Excuse me? Why would any pharmacy wait 7-10 business days to dispense antibiotics?? Not happy at all! I had my local call and pull it and it was filled within an hour. You can do better OHSU!!"

"Extremely Poorly managed pharmacy!!! (I'm a pharmacist). I have never had such bad service and continued systemic problems with any other pharmacy. When an emergency supply of blood pressure meds were given to me, bc they apparently never called to get more refills, the pharmacy computer system (a dinosaur) apparently voids the original prescription despite the prescription having refills. Internal medicine had to intervene on my behalf. I was very thankful for that since I absolutely could not skip my BP meds. Furthermore, I received a text saying my meds were due to be refilled. You could choose to reply "ALL" to refill all prescriptions. I call a week later expecting my meds were refilled and shipped...NOPE!!! I'm saving myself the stress and transferring my Rxs to another pharmacy. SHAMEFUL!!!"

"Apparently I have to use this pharmacy and was forced to switch from CVS. Never had more issues. Won't tell you when they ship, so you always have to either be looking for a package (and if you live in any sort of communal setting, have fun constantly having to look through hundreds of packages). They told me to take a med even though it was not cold to touch (temperature sensitive), not shelf stable, and the manufacturer told me not to take it. When I tried to set up email notifications, I got none. Shameful."

"I really want to love this pharmacy, but it is such a crapshoot. Yesterday, I called TWICE to confirm my medications were sent out, as I'm going out of town and need my medications. I was assured they were. Today I called again, and was told that they were going to be sent today, to arrive "hopefully Saturday but maybe Monday" when I am leaving on Sunday. People rely on their medications, and if you can't ship it that day, fine! But please don't tell me that you did, and then don't, so I run out of options to get my medications. This has happened numerous times, and it's getting exceptionally frustrating."
