"Nice place. Fun to people watch during karaoke. Didn't have any food. Bartender was super nice and helpful. I love the Singing Theme. Took me a while to figure it out, but someone REALLY put effort into it. From the bathroom audio to the trike above the door, well done I say. The uniforms were also very cute."

"6 dollar PBR tall cans. Only had hot dogs for food. Watched the bartender use his hands to place the hot dog on a bun for someone. Kind of a shining vibe but only kind halfway completed. I came out to this place with a group for karaoke and the person working the karaoke was kinda rude to the group I was with, the mic wasn't very loud and couldn't hear people singing. Won't be coming back nor recommending to anyone."

"We came here as a part of Santacon 2023 and it was all 3 of our first times being there. Immediately all 3 of us were extremely underwhelmed with the space and the excessively loud music for such a small space. There was literally nobody in there except for us despite the fact it is next door to the main bar we started at and there was only people outside smoking due to the small bar. We initially sat at the bar and my friend ordered some sort of elf drink off their holiday menu with orange juice in it for about $12 and it was so disgusting we couldn’t even finish it between all 3 of us. We decided we would try one of their boozy slushees and then we were notified they only have grape, at that point we stuck with water. The theme is The Shining which yes it was cool but it is also very underwhelming and just some basic pictures on the walls. The one thing that turned our experience around was since there’s nobody in there we got confident enough to try Karaoke for the first time. We requested Rudolph the red nosed reindeer (to keep in tune with the holiday spirit) and once we started singing atleast 10 people came into the bar and a line of karaoke singers started. We went somewhere else immediately after finishing our song because of the underwhelming experience and left our bad drink behind. LGBT FRIENDLY/SAFE BATHROOMS/PAID STREET PARKING/VERY SMALL AND LOUD ENVIRONMENT/I DONT THINK THEY HAVE A FOOD MENU"

"This is one of my favorite places to go by far. It’s so hard to find a good bar in Portland that doesn’t over charge for drinks and rob you in cover charges. The staff here is super nice and personable. I never felt comfortable doing karaoke before I came here, but it’s like everyone is your hype man. Plus it’s themed after one of the most iconic horror movies ever made. Overall hidden gem and so worth the visit."

"Hallway PDX was a random discovery for me, and I’m glad I found it! The drinks are delicious, and the entire place is themed after the film, “The Shining”. The bartender was very sweet and made amazing drinks, she was excited to learn that we enjoyed them because apparently she was the creator! If you want amazing drinks and to sing like there’s no tomorrow (or listen to others sing), Hallway PDX is the spot for you."
