Reviews
"It's okay once you get there, but they aren't good at following through when they say they will. It's a maddening experience trying to get an appointment set when the online system is so glitchy, they don't do callbacks, or say they'll reach out to reschedule but don't. This location makes it very clear they don't value patient's time. The accountability is low. I think they're routine screening imaging is fine, but I sure wouldn't recommend working with them if you have any time sensitive health concerns."
"I’ve had a few MRIs (in big cities and small) for cancer aftercare and this was the best experience so far. Nice facility (a bit difficult to find despite the scheduler’s instructions, but a friendly staffer helped). The staff were so helpful and careful and they really set me at ease. I’ve never had an MRI tech so concerned with my comfort. Seems like a small thing but the foam pads under my ribcage made a big difference. Felt like a supportive environment."
"My overall experience was good. Unfortunately, somehow, I ended up with a receipt for payment with another patient's name and birth date on it!! It took me four calls to get to someone who cared enough to address this invasion of privacy!"
"I was a little scared to go to Oregon Imaging Centers - RiverBend Pavilion this morning because the last four reviews were all one-stars. However, I couldn't have had a better experience. Every person I came in contact with was professional, helpful and friendly. I made the appointment with Terri and she got me in way sooner (less than a week) than I could have expected thanks to a cancellation, which was a major blessing. The directions Terri gave me were flawless and made getting to the appointment super easy. The check-in process was great and I got to wait in my car until I got a text saying to enter the building. Upon entry, I was kindly greeted and helped to check-in by Monica. I was called back shortly by Cindy, who did my ultrasound. I was in and out of there in less than 30-minutes. Cindy was very kind, helpful and friendly, all of which I appreciated. The ultrasound room was decorated nicely with white string lights, nature photography on the walls and ceiling, and helped me to feel calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Oregon Imaging Centers. Thank you for such a wonderfully efficient first-time experience today!"
"If I could I’d rate this a -1 star. My techs today laughed when they pushed and made me wince. Repeatedly made light of my situation, when I was in tears and overall made me feel like they had made their mind up before they even did the testing. I advocated for myself telling the last tech that I didn’t think they treated me kindly and their response was that they treated everyone with kindness and compassion. I stated that laughing at a persons pain is never kind and said I would be reaching out to a manager. They stated they were a manager, and I said I’d like to speak to the woman who helped me make this appointment. Who suddenly appeared. I told them my experience and they seemed to be empathetic, even giving me the number to their admin so I could discuss my experiences. I was going about my day and just received a phone call from the admin LUKE who didn’t really let me talk much before stating “that being said..” to which I stopped him and said look I can hear you’re going to give me some sort of reprimand and you can go ahead and save it, I’m not a child and I didn’t call you. Then he said if one more incident happened, to which I stopped him once more and stated how I feel: I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR FACILITY AGAIN. For over a year the whole of my experiences have been very negative. Today your techs found nothing. Resulting in your facility charging my insurance for two tests and netting your company the price of them, while I’m left with no answers and a laugh at my pain. I would say do better, but I tried that tact last year, so now I’ll say I don’t care I won’t be back to find out. I hope for others in the area that the staff as a whole takes a hard look at compassionate care and the definition of such."
