"The people who work here are nice and certainly not the issue, but the facility clearly isn't big enough to handle it's load. It's literally always packed and running significantly behind every time I come in whether it's closer to the middle of the day or the end (no idea about morning). Even when I call in ahead of time to check and I'm told that the prescription is ready, I still wait 10-20 minutes in line only to be told when I get there that they're still working on it and need a few more minutes. The problem has been so consistent that despite them being less than a mile from my home, I'll take future prescriptions elsewhere. I just can't spare an hour once a month (and yes, I know you can put things on automatic refill and that should make it smoother, but I've done that and it hasn't helped. I even tried to put it on automatic refill with shipping and it reverted back to not shipping so I was waiting and waiting and finally had to go in when I ran out of meds to pick them up manually.) I give up. I just don't have 30-90 minutes every month for something that should be a 5-15 minute in and out. As if the crowding and delays weren't enough reason to avoid putting more demand on an already overburdened location, their hours are more limited than other options. While I don't know their internal reasoning and limitations, I have to imagine longer operating hours with more staff rotating through and perhaps even taking different lunch shifts to avoid a midday closure would help with the congestion and delay situation by spreading the customers out more)."
"Second worst pharmacy in Tigard. Dropped off 3 prescriptions at 430pm was told to come back at 8pm. At 8pm they hadn't even looked into filling them and thought I only had one rx. Only benefit to this location is the drive-thru so they can screw you over from the comfort of your own car. This is not the first time there's been a problem."
"Covid vaccine appointment at 9am (opening). I was the second person in line. It's currently 945am. Still waiting to be seen. Someone help me do the math here.... absolutely absurd. Don't put pharmacists in charge of administering vaccines I suppose?"
"This place is absolutely awful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I get way too many calls, texts, and emails telling me my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up, wait in line for 30+ minutes only to have a rude lady tell me it isn't available and someone "probably put it back" on the shelf and I have to reorder it. Despite the fact I had just received a text saying I had 5 days left to pick it up. Every time I have gone to get a prescription, the wait time is a minimum of 30 minutes even with only two people in front of me. Prescriptions are often not ready when I'm told they are. The staff is unhelpful and unsympathetic. Pro tip: there is a Safeway just two minutes down the road with a pharmacy. Go there instead. I'm not sure if it's good but it can't be worse than this place."
"I had several RX waiting for my dr to approve but I was totally out and needed a few to get me through. They gave me a few to cover the weekend and I continued to wait. I finally called my Dr office and they claim that they had not been contacted. I had waited 7 days by then so called pharmacy to see if fax number no longer correct. Pharmacy teach refused to give me the fax number and lectured me on how the system works or this case doesn't work. So, we went through the 2nd weekend and still waiting. Started over on Monday but Dr office continues to claim they have not been contacted. Apparently this pharmacy doesn't bother to follow up or clarify if time has gone by. So, it has been about 10 days and I will head over there again. My frustration is lack of follow through and responsibility. I need to have a few to get me by for the 3rd time now and I think this is not the way to care for patients and customers. I am very frustrated and apparently I am the only one. Walgreens on Pacific Hwy doesn't seem to be concerned at all."
