"This new crew at this Pharmacy is heartless and rude. I get my Script after 3pm cause I have to come back. Even tho I was there at 11am, nobody in line just me. Could have fill it real quick. Oh no come back after 3pm. I told the young lady I just had BACK SURGERY not long ago, I can't keep driving back and forth from home, I live 30min away. It's painful for me still. Lady says I'm sorry we're backed up come back after 3pm. I was shocked and mad. Unexceptable! I miss the old crew, the old crew would have filled my script. Once I get my script, never coming back to this Pharm. I'll find a better pharm. Almost forgot I even called to save me a trip. Got hung up on. Called back nobody would answer the phone. Sad cause they had a full crew. So I wasted gas, thanks Safeway Pharmacy."

"Not sure what's going on with this pharmacy. They used ti be great but the last few months it has gotten horrible and a big waste of time. We made 4 visits wasting about 4 hours of time to get a prescription and it's still not ready. We even had our Dr. Call it in a week in advance. The pharmacist is extremely rude and has a condesending attitude. If he's so miserable he should find another job instead of taking it out on customers. Will be using another pharmacy going forward!"

"They’re a joke. Don’t bother calling because they won’t answer. Takes them over 2 hours to fill a single prescription. Edit- The pharmacist (Andy) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He is more worried about rushing through the line then helping customers. Anyone else who has issues with Andy I suggest filing a complaint with the board of pharmacists as well."

"People receiving medical help, we have to remember in times such as these people are filling prescriptions at an all time high. It might be frustrating at times and I too have had been frustrated at times. But I've been using this pharmacy for Years and believe that they are working as hard as they can at delivering our medicine to us. Have a blessed day and I hope whoever reads this heals soon."
