"They Never have our prescriptions available when called in by Dr. They have been untruthful about prescriptions That HAVE been ordered & called in by nurse practitioner several times for a Much needed medicine, Causing extreme suffering mental & emotionally to family. "After being lied to and experiencing incredibly rude customer service I decided to never use this pharmacy agin. It's pretty unfortunate because in this community the next closest pharmacy is 30+ minutes away. After deciding to take my business else where, they then directly violated my rights under HIPPA by sharing what medications I was on to someone other then me without identification or permission over the phone. This isn't the first time that they have violated HIPPA. An acquaintance of mine when working there several times in my presence would gossip about the medications and medical conditions of people that used this pharmacy. If you value your rights as described by HIPPA I strongly suggest that you choose another pharmacy"

"Rhinehart Pharmacy what a joke they tell you they don’t fill a certain medication and then when I call the pharmacist he said yes we do. I said then why did they tell my daughter they will not fill it. The pharmacist says his girl never said that. Then tells me to have my daughter get her medication from somewhere else. Really!!!! They have lost my business"

"Kind and compassionate healers. My daughter fell on rocks in the ocean and needed assistance to stop bleeding and get cleaned up. This occurred just before closing and they helped her in spite of that. I really appreciated their help and kindness."
