"I am deeply disappointed by the experience my family had with the woman who operates this in-house daycare center. Despite her repeated assurances over a period of two months that she had a spot available for our little girl, she consistently faced staffing issues, with one assistant after another coming and going like a revolving door. It became clear that the problem lay with the daycare owner herself – a person who proved to be overbearing, inflexible, and, we later discovered dealing with anger issues and harboring bitterness. When she finally managed to hire someone, our family had already arranged for alternative care. We promptly informed her of this, but she responded with a furious outburst, throwing our daughter's belongings at us and screaming in a highly inappropriate manner. Regrettably, she also mistakenly provided us with another child's clothing, requiring us to return it the next day. However, even this did not temper her hostile behavior. Despite our repeated attempts to reach a peaceful resolution, she not only refused to provide the services we had paid for but also threatened legal action against us. She demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding legal matters, frequently mentioning contracts and threatening involvement of the police and “lawyers”. Her emotional volatility made communication futile, leading us to pursue legal action to address the situation."
