"Unorgonized and unprofessional. I've been a caregiver for over 7 years and have never received help in any way when I reached out. They lost another caregiver with training and credentials today..."
"If I could give a score of zero, I absolutely would. I have been trying to contact my wife’s case manager for three months. If I call him, his mailbox is always full, so I can’t even leave a message. I had to drive to the office in Oregon City to speak to his manager. She promised me that she would take care of things. Another lie. She’s now disappeared from the face of the earth. Doesn’t answer her calls and doesn’t return calls. I’m just grateful that the staff at the hospital my wife has been at for the past two months care enough to help on our behalf. Because the staff at the Oregon City office certainly don’t."
"I contacted the agency for benefits for a family member, after she was declared disabled. The staff at the agency was rude, judgmental and did everything in their power to block access to information and benefits. Interacting with them was completely dehumanizing and left me in tears more than once."
