"If you call them, a rude woman answers like it's her home phone. I asked her if they sell glass cleaners (since obviously people who smoke often need to clean what they're smoking out of) and she acted like I had made an odd request. Then she asked me who I was, as though that was going to help her solve anything. When I told her my name, she just hung up on me without answering the very simple question. I can only imagine that she is Dotty."

"I have never had worse service. The attendant Laura or laury was working I had a plastic cup I asked her to throw away and she made me go outside to throw it away where there was no garbage. She did not return my license and refused to review the tape to see what she did with it. I politely left because I will have to return and speak to an actual manager because no manager could be thay rude and mean. Unbelievable."

"My husband and I were in Dottys on Mollala Rd Oregon City on March1and the employee that was working there was the rudest person I have ever met that serves the public. She actually yelled at me from the back of the room that I was just gonna have to wait because she was counting money and I’m telling you she had a “bitch on face”. She was fighting, yelling at other customers too. The worst part of the whole thing is that I called corporate office to complain and got nowhere. I also called the complaint line and left a message for Marcella, (Mgr?) and she did not call me back either within the 72 hrs. So I have to believe it is ok with this company to provide this type of customer service. Well I can tell you it is not and I will never set another foot into ANY Oregon Restaurant property…………Also I gave one star rating because I had to give one star at least to get my comment to post but it should be negative 10 stars."

"I love this Dotty's location, I gotta say this is thee best most kept up Dotty's store, including really clean bathrooms,..(I've also heard customers say the same.) It's nice to come in and see warm welcoming smiles by 2 of my favorite gals, Melissa & Sarah they're a terrific bunch full of sass & a little bit of frass & lots of laughs,...(Lol) I think it's awesome that these gals know their customers so well that when they see them coming they already have the customers order ready to go. Keep up the 5 Star service ladies, ur the best!!"

"There used to be a lot of homeless drug addicts who basically lived there and that made the place unpleasant to visit because it smelled bad and they were noding out on the machines (which one of the employees seemed totally fine with). Ever since said employee got fired the place has cleaned up a lot though. I enjoy visiting here again now."
