"Did not honor posted adverted price"
"If I could rate this place a zero I would, as soon as I told them that my son had autism they began to write him up daily. He was supposed to be shadowed and they sent him hope for an off the wall reason to There was an incident where the door was left open for my son to get out and they came at me talking about their license. It was all personal inconveniences and everyone that works here is extremely unprofessional. The director never reached out to talk to me."
"Today I went to pick up a child at the Hillsboro daycare center right next to Home Depot.A rude lady who works there treated me poorly and had no education towards others. This lady was skinny and has long hair with bangs she had no ethic and it’s unbelievable how someone like that can be working with kids. She was also very unprofessional."
"Highly recommend. Always clean and safe. Offers good nutritious meals. My kids were ready for kindergarten after attending their preschool. My children have attended since 3 months of age and are now 5 and 7 wouldn't go any where else."
"My kids both went here for about 6 months. They lack classroom management and consistency in the classrooms for pre k and kinders classrooms. My son reported the staff saying things to him such as "your a mean boy" "you should play with X and you guys can fight together" and "you do not talk right." My son is a four year old who had a speech delay and has some social problems which we are getting help with, however he's not a fighter and never got reported to us as fighting with kids. The daycare does not communicate with parents unless they want to tell you about how bad the child has been and even then they are inconsistent you might find out today or three days from today. They may or may not complete a incident report or tell you what led up to the incident for documentation purposes, it's completely up to how they feel apparently. When our daughter first started she was just a few days over 1, we had little issue during the first few months they seemed to do a great job with her and she seemed happy. Over the last month or so we have gotten this same mixed behavior and inconsistent expectations we never knew what was going on in her room or what room she would be in that day. We regularly got asked to bring more diapers within a week of bringing half a box. Documentation of her eating and the rest of her day was not consistent or she was really only bring feed cereal and milk all day. Yes they are "affordable" compared to other facilities but they lack consistent quality. Even more frightening is that they never once checked my id when I picked my kids up even though I had never met the teachers and on one occasion they have me the paperwork of another child assuming he was mine. Yeah there is a door code but anyone could walk in with someone else so that is not OK!"
