"This is a $20 torch that worked for 2 days. I am not upset that I bought a $20 torch. Stupid enough I can't return it. I was not offered a receipt. After I inquired about their exchange policy. Had I not been distracted by a weird customer with stupid questions, I would have thought about getting one. This is the 3rd torch I have purchased from this smoke shop and broke in the first 30 days. If you can't guarantee the quality of the products you sell in your store. Then you should at least offer a receipt to all of your customers. Also, honor the return without hassle. I will avoid returning to this overly expensive store and go to Springfield before returning."
