"Mixed feelings on this place. The good: Lots of cool products to explore! Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Gunpla, etc. Their selection is pretty impressive. Prices are great, too! $100 for a box of OP Set 4? Very reasonable! The bad: Unnecessary sarcasm from employees and patrons. Maybe that's how they communicate? It was a little off putting for me."
"We stopped by here for my 6, o and 11-year-olds. They beg me to stop by every time they see the store. They loves the game and import stores. This is a really great store! EMILY IS THE BEST!! super Informative, helpful, patient, and really one of the best customer experiences we've ever had in stores thanks to EMILY. Bottom line, this store is awesome from the action figures, to the box games, to all the trading card games, and collectibles! We will be back!!"
"I went there today with my son looking for Christmas presents for his brother. The person working was no lie the most helpful, caring, friendly person I have come across in a very long time. They took time to talk me through different card decks and books, and also chatted with my kiddo about Pokemon and hooked him up with a little goodie. I don't have enough words for how wonderful this visit was. Thank you so so much!"
"This place has a lot of awesome toys and cards, and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. Their individual Pokemon cards as well as the boxes aren't ridiculously priced, which I appreciate. It's a cool shop to check out and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in the area, especially if they're into Japanese culture and card games."
"UPDATE 11/6/2021 I’m so disappointed in how my partner was treated in this store. It’s embarrassing they’re charging over charging for tales of aria 9.00 per back but 100 a box which is a 116% up charge . How does that make sense? When asked about it the manager and employee behind the counter patronized, ridiculed, and made fun of my partner for this. It’s amazing how someone rather make another individual a bad guy instead of admitting for their own fault. The costumer service here is in the sewer, will not be visiting again and I discourage any one else from coming here. Go to Mox Or any other local shop that has fair prices and treats their costumers with respect. very clean and organized multiple Pokémon binders for you to flip through single Pokémon cards they also have display case with some first edition cards so lots of magic flesh and blood Pokémon when I was there Pokémon packs were four per person you can play with other people different types of games there’s a seating area multiple plushes multiple board games to choose from"
