"Very unfriendly staff, lies about certain bottles being in stock even though it shows up on olcc site (checked multiple times across a two week period). Overcharged my wife on a high end bottle, then when she mentioned it he just canceled the transaction assuming she didn’t want it, which she still got. Condescending and rude seems to be the common theme. Wouldn’t recommend."
"Shady practices. Last two times I went there they charged me more than what the current price is for each item. Come on. You added $10 extra the first time and now you added $2 extra dollars this time through. Rules of business - Charge what the proper/state mandated price is and look at your customers and smile (or at least pretend like you are trying to be friendly). The Oregon City Liquor Store is 1000 times better because they have a good staff that is friendly and I have never been incorrectly charged there (or at any other liquor store for that matter). Google Reviews speak for themselves. Better double check your purchase prices if you’re going to do business with this store."
"Staff are worthless! We will only go back when it’s the only place that has the item in stock. Don’t ask staff for help. You might interrupt the game on their phone behind the counter. Store is disorganized, items in the wrong spot. Point it out and the guy argued with us like we were wrong, just making excuses."
