"Beautiful building, with quaint and intimate interior seating. They did the interior right as it's so gorgeous! Really loved the tasting experience here, and their gin is amazing! I have never been a gin lover until my experience here. At the end of the spirits tasting, they give you a mixed cocktail with one of the spirits in your tasting flight. Nick (?) chimed right into our group conversation as we sipped and waited for the next spirit to arrive. He was awesome as we were the only group in there. Super fun and they take care of their guests...and I highly recommend!"

"Such a cool little place for spirits tasting on Trisatuem Winery's property, surrounded by vines. The inside is completely unexpected. Very cute with a speakeasy vibe. The staff are very friendly. There are three flights to choose from and they all end with a taste of two cocktails. I was impressed! Note: you must make a separate tasting appointment, it does not automatically come with your winery tasting. I suggest making an appointment at the winery for 1.5 hours, then a spirits tasting!"
