"The Staff is always nice, but Kaiser , as a company that I pay $1,300 each month for is dreadful. The $1,300 doesn’t really cover much, because to go in to see the doctor for 15 minutes cost $50. But you have to be careful what you ask for because if it’s a “wellness check” the copay covers that, but if you say “can you check my back for any indication of sun damage “ you’ll get charged $250. Which , isn’t covered by the insurance because you’ve got to reach that $5,000 deductible! This exact thing happened to us. Today I went in to just get my blood pressure checked. Bummer, because the wait time was going to be over an hour."

"I had to go in for a 3 hour glucose test. All of the staff were very nice and provided me with water during my test. I had to be there a really long time so it was nice to be met with kind conversation and excellent phlebotomy skill. I also visited the pharmacy during one of my wait times for my test. I didn't have to wait long and everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful."

"Long, long, long waits for service. I walked out of a dental appointment yesterday not knowing when I would be contacted about a referral to an oral surgeon. I must read my notes in my file to see that there will be a possible wait unless I am in pain or what? dying? My dentist is my contact for next steps, not the specialist I saw today. (My third appointment for this infection on my gum.) It’s a tooth in the front of my mouth. No on talks about an implant - I need to bring it up. I only hear that the tooth must be removed. Is this care? Is it because I am older - older people don’t need to be concerned about a missing tooth? I need to ask for antibiotics for the infection. I tried to locate my dentist to send a message when I awoke in pain at 3 am. My dentist is not listed in the medical staff I can send an electronic messages. I am very disappointed. I sent a complaint to customer service already. This is not care. Care is not waiting for pain and then being triaged closer to the time will be served and needing to wait fewer weeks. There is always a wait. Follow up: I did a call to schedule an appointment the day following this appointment. But the didn’t have a chance to return the call until the next week. The first date that was offered to me was March 23! Then it was adjusted to March 6. I also joined a list for cancellations. But I will be waiting for services three weeks while the tooth is infected and probably affecting my overall health."

"My two lactation appointments I have met with Wendy Fery. She is the sweetest lady and makes you feel comfortable. The information and advice she gave me with breastfeeding was amazing. Breastfeeding is difficult and it’s nice to know there are people like Wendy that can encourage you in that journey and make it more manageable. My first daughter I was very discouraged with breastfeeding but this time around I have a lot more hope because of the information and knowledge Wendy has given me."
