"I've had 4 kids that have been part of the Canby Community Preschool family, and it's an amazing environment. The teachers support the kids socially, developmentally, and scholastically. Being part of the Co-Operative model gets parents involved with what's going on in the classroom on a day-to-day basis, and develops community with families even outside of the classroom setting. If you're looking for a way to be engaged and supported in your child's education, this is the place."

"We are absolutely thrilled with our first ever year of school. We really wanted to find a cooperative preschool where we could regularly volunteer in the classroom and participate in the regular board meetings and decisions and we are SO SO happy we got into CCP. Teacher Rosalie & Teacher Jen love the kids so well and we absolutely love the “learn through play” model. Love it here so much!"

"Canby Community Preschool is such a special place. Both teachers are absolutely fantastic; so kind, genuinely caring, and wonderful with the kids. You can tell they love what they do. The co-op model offers two different options for parent help: the less expensive option requires more help days, the more expensive requires fewer throughout the course of the school year. Every parent helper I encountered genuinely loved and nurtured my child. Being in the classroom on a monthly basis allowed me to get to know the other children and get to know their strengths and needs. The playground is safe and super fun, and the field trips were always a favorite for my child. Lastly, I’m still learning about all of the cool things my son learned over the past year because he will randomly start talking about projects or things they learned in school. The teachers clearly take their job seriously when it comes to learning, and of course, loving on the kids. I would happily recommend CCP to any future preschool parent and will continue to support them for years to come!"

"Canby Community Preschool has phenomenal teachers who not only nurture the hearts and minds of little ones, but they create an environment that develops character (inspiring sharing, kindness, compassion, and friendship). Because it’s a cooperative school, parents have the opportunity to be in the classroom in a hands-on way. I’ve met wonderful friends (a great community for the grown ups) and it’s so nice to know the names & personalities of each child in my daughter’s class. Highly recommend to those who want to be involved in their kiddos’ education!"

"Canby Community Preschool is amazing. The teachers care so much about the social and academic development of each student. We took a year break from CCP and missed it so much we came back! The classes are small so the teachers can work more 1 on 1 with each student and make sure your child is getting the correct academic attention they need. Another thing I love about CCP is the volunteering in class because I get to see how my child is doing and what more we can work on at home. I also like how they practice all subjects of school; math, science, art, reading, and writing. I strongly feel that CCP gets each child ready for Kindergarten and I highly recommend this preschool!"
