"I called for new service and was put through to a live person after a two-or-three--minute wait time. A woman named Cecilia went through my service options and took all of my required information. I was done with the call in less than 10 minutes. I can't vouch for the trash-removal service yet, but thought I should add a good review to this site to let people know that the customer service is not always as bad as many people say. Customers come to this site to leave bad reviews, some of which are obviously not as bad as the customer perceives...and some of which are very reasoned and well deserved. Here's one for the good side!"

"For RECEIVING BIG RIGS… DO NOT TURN IN DRIVE WAY!! Park out front the building to check in. Go about 1/2 block turn left, go to the end of the block and turn left to get unloaded with your plastic cans and containers. They do not have a dock. Pull in the gate and park in the fenced area to be unloaded. Took about an hour, they are very kind and helpful to help you out."

"Took about 2 minutes but they answered my call and were clear that they did not have a way to recycle amazon bubble envelopes. They directed me to where I can take these and it turns out you basically just need to bring them to any place that accepts “plastic films”: like WinCo, Safeway, or FredMeyers. Couldn’t really ask for more from Republic Services, pretty sure they’re governmentally funded so they have their limits, and recycling in OR is a total mess right now. Kind of surprised they’re still functioning as is. Thanks for helping me find the correct place for all my junk. 5 stars."
