Awful customer service from michelle and they refuse to stand behind their product that they're selling at a premium price that's defective When you pay over two thousand dollars for a product they have in the showroom. And you receive a product that's garbage It's really disappointing. It's even worse when they refuse to do anything about it and hide from addressing the issue. I'm a general contractor I deal with lumber yards all the time. This is the worst experience i've had"

"Truck Driver hit our PARKED CAR and blamed it on us. Jacob Lund was 100% not discreet about the situation and he couldn’t even own up to his own mistakes. More training should be provided by the company on how to handle these situations, and drivers like these shouldn’t be on the road, especially in a Semi-Truck."

"Just had one of your drivers try to park in front of my house. And I told her that she wasn't going to fit and she would be blocking my drive way. Then she tells me there's nowhere else to park when the hotel has space for trucks. She starts to yell at me demanding me to move my car. I start to walk inside so she starts yelling and cussing at me. If that's how you allow your drivers to act that's really shameful. I would never order anything from this place because of her actions. It's very unprofessional for your company to be okay what this. At the end of it she when 30ft to block two other houses where they don't have a driveway. Now they have to park somewhere else and walk a distance to go home."
