"Beware. I went to Sarah for permanent eyebrows back in 2020 while she was a part of a tattoo parlor, I had decent results and decided to go back for permanent eyeliner. There was an advertisement on her Instagram for $100 off eyeliner for a limited time, so I booked for Jan 21st, 2024. It made the usual $700 into $600 for the appointment. She had relocated to her own new building that is no longer a tattoo parlor but an esthetic spa that does injections/botox and plasma services, etc. When I arrived, I was looked at for about 2 minutes before I was told that my eyelids were too low for the eyeliner I wanted. She insisted that she had just undergone a treatment called plasma pen that would lift my eyelids enough to do the eyeliner correctly. I was disappointed as I had driven 2 hours to get to this appointment only to be told no, but I understood her reasoning and didn't question further. She asked if I would like to be booked for the plasma pen so I could continue my journey into getting eyeliner, and since I really wanted eyeliner, I agreed. She said that to book the appointment, it had to be done through care credit to find the total cost and interest rate. I asked right then to hold the appointment without that because I wasn't 100% sure about the service yet, but I was told no to that. Because i wasn't sure, I asked to book months out. The appointment was set for March 1st, and the first payment was due the day of. After some research, I decided the treatment was not for me, and I messaged her that I wanted to fully cancel and close out my appointment and my care credit account. I was told that they would "let my account expire naturally." I asked if that would cancel the payments that were set up, and they said that they had seen no transactions on their end. The next day, I received a text saying that she was incorrect and a payment would be coming out for a grand total of $989 and that they did not issue refunds. I reiterated and said I haven't made any payments yet and that I didn't need a refund, just to cancel out the account. They then said ok now we understand we will cancel it. That was on Feb 1st. That should have been the end of it, but I had a feeling it wasn't because I had received no notifications. On Feb 7, I messaged again, asking, "Has the cancelation process been started? I haven't received any emails or texts confirmation cancelation yet." They replied."It has been processed.Just keep checking each day. " On Feb 8th, I received another text saying that they had made a mistake and that on Feb 1st, they issued me a refund twice for the $989. I was confused because firstly, they were very clear on telling me that they didn't issue refunds, and secondly, because I was very clear in my message that I didn't need a refund but a cancelation. They needed me to call care credit and my cooperation in their refund, so they offered me free services. I made sure to cooperate and clear everything up, and then nothing else was said. The whole process was confusing and sketchy. I have a feeling that if I did not keep checking in that I would have been charged that. Overall, my experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. I would be wary about booking services here."
"I got my lips/botox done today I really had a good experience the girls are all very sweet and beautiful Shelby was so helpful from my first inquiry.Sarah Reedy did my filler and Botox and she was very thorough and very kind. I am very happy with my results so far so excited to see the end results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a refresh."
"I had microblading done. Had them done once by a previous person and they didn’t turn out right. Sarah insisted I get them removed prior to her redoing them, which I completely understood and did. I went in and everything was good. Had to go in for the touch up and she once again went with a lighter ink, even though when she asked me I had opted for the darker. She stated we could darken them more at a second touch up appointment if necessary. Said IF she charged me, because I offered to pay when she stated she’d do it for free since it was her decision to use the lighter color, that it’d run around $150 for a second touch up appointment. I told her that was fine and asked to schedule at that time. She stated it’d be best to wait and see, that she’d reach out to me to see how they healed and I could reach out to her as well. I waited and she never reached out. I reached out to her multiple times, via commenting on her Facebook posts and messaging her fb (which she claims to have “never received” and she flat out ignored my comments on her posts as well as my msg), asking if I could please get scheduled. I’d waited very patiently and had been filling them in with makeup. I did not pay so much to have to still use makeup, which I still have to do. I ended up writing a bad review due to being ignored for well over a year. A month after writing the bad review someone posted from her company asking that I email so they could fix this. I did and was once again ignored. Sarah finally reached out this past week stating I’m due for a refresher at this point and she would be willing to discount that but even with that discount it’d run me anywhere from $300 to $550 and was only good through the end of the week. Obviously this upset me because it feels as though she purposefully waited to reach out until it was convenient for her, as in being able to charge me more money. Had she reached out sooner and given me the second touch up appointment that I needed then I probably wouldn’t be due for a refresher appointment yet. Or at the very least wouldn’t have been stuck filling them in this ENTIRE TIME. Now I’m STILL stuck having to fill in my brows, after spending a ton of money initially, and might need to get them removed again before another artist will touch them (fix them). Extremely disappointed in how she handled this situation, and in how she tried to act like it was me. Took no responsibility and continued to make excuses and pass off blame, even after I showed her that I did in fact reach out, prior to my bad review. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Might as well flush your money. Find someone else if you’re looking to have your eyebrows done and save yourself the hassle. ZERO STARS."
"I could not say enough about T.I.S med spa. All of the staff are so friendly, inviting and informative. They offer advice and support and give you a boost of confidence before going into your procedure which is so helpful if you’re feeling nervous. The building is beautiful, clean, comfortable and professional looking. I have gotten micro blading on my eyebrows and now I have done lip filler and both of my experiences were amazing. I will recommend this place to anyone I possibly can, I truly feel beautiful after leaving my appointment."
