"I was actually scolded by the pharmacist for speaking during my injection. I've been getting shots in my arm for over 68 years and have NEVER been told I should not speak during the procedure. Walgreens will no longer be my choice for vaccinations."

"This pharmacy is a joke. Every other I’ve ever used will fax Dr when ongoing prescription is at zero refills. Even though I was told it was being done, of course it wasn’t and I am completely out of my medication. This happens EVERY freaking time, even if there ARE refills left. If you want to be on and off your medication this is the store for you."

"When they don’t stick your new prescription and can’t order it they don’t bother to call you to tell you AND when you call them their system tells you is has bee order and abound be in the next day. I have sat for days with stabbing pain in my eyes only to finally find out they are literally doing nothing to help me and couldn’t be bothered to tell me. I highly suggest you find or use another pharmacy."

"I pulled up to a long drive thru line at 4:15. I was picking up meds for my Mother who has a failing heart and dementia. There were a couple meds she was out of, and needed that evening. I finally get to the window at 5:02 to see that they are closed. Closed at 5:00 after being in line for 45 mins. Being Saturday and knowing they were closed on Sunday I realized Mom wouldn't get her needed meds until Monday. Unacceptable, so I went in the store. I ran into some pharmacy workers coming out from a closed gate. I said excuse me, but I've been in line for 45 mins and my Mom needs her meds. The employee told me that I shouldn't have waited until the last minute. I told her I rushed straight from my work and got here 45 minutes before they close. She then said to bad. I asked her what I was supposed to do, take her to the emergency room because I couldn't get her meds. She then said I guess so and walked away snickering with her coworker. Outrageous! I am trying to care for my elderly mother, work full time, and be there for my wife and kids. No complaints as I feel very blessed. But this is difficult and the shouldn't have waited until the last minute statement is sticking with me."

"The drive up is slow. I have waited in line for 45 minutes before I could get my prescriptions. The inside service is not any better, slow and no place to sit while you wait..... Now they have cut back on the pharmacy hours which makes it even worse. I am seriously thinking about changing to a different pharmacy for my prescriptions."
