I dont go in as often as I'd like to, but I've been told by many people that they miss our old staff, who actually showed genuine interest in them, and what they need that most of the employees barely even look at them while checking them out & they are lucky if the cashier isn't on their phone the entire time while your trying to ask to buy things cuz they usually ignore you or get a bit snappy twards some for interrupting their personal call while they are supposed to be working."
