"I had stuff delivered, my it was quick fast and my driver even said have a good day. Love that they have a wide variety of snacks and such, even healthier options."

"I've had to delete this service due to the fact that if the driver makes a mistake they don't refund your order. So just a re send of the order. Or what's worse they pick up the melted or cold food and re drop off. Save you're money and don't tip for a horrible service. Not sure what's hard about putting in a location and finding it. Customer service will have you fighting for a refund. Or at least going through several reps to get one."

"This review is the second part started on Google play for the go puff driver app... Location failure at the MFC does not error the actual system knowing when a driver arrives at the MFC and does not lose your place in turn for your next issue delivery! I would love to see some of those 1 start reviews attempt creating an app even close to what the driver app can do, actually no I wouldn't cause all would fail horribly! I say GoPuff Development Team, your doing an excellent job! And as long as you keep updating and repairing actual bugs with this app, you all are A1 top of my list just for what you've done thus far! THANKS FOR MAKING THIS APP SO US INDEPENDENT CONTACTORS CAN THRIVE AND WORK TOGETHER WITH THE MFC, FINAL DROP COSTUMERS AND THE GO PUFF STAFF ALL TOGETHER! Keep up all that you do, eventually the 1 starts will realize this all well deserves recognition!"

"I ordered online this am - second order. I received 5 phone calls, one message, and four nothings. I also received several text and app messages. I walked outside 3 times and they were not there. They never came and never attempted delivery. They then sent a message saying they canceled my order. No delivery attempt at all but they bugged me a ton and took my time and then cancelled. I deleted their app. They are awful."

"This service takes so long that I was actually able to sober up and change my life for better, start a family, write a book, travel, see my grand kids grow and then fall back into my old partying ways… BUT THEN drive myself to get a 12 pack at 711 BEFORE they even appointed a driver to deliver my order. 10 points! thumbs up! Hooray."
