The proprietor of Albany Stoves saved me a lot of money explaining how to order myself, avoiding the dealer markup I'd have to have paid if he had ordered on my behalf. If I ever need a new stove, there's no question whom I'll choose. Thank you for being such a stand-up guy!"

"I tried twice to get help in purchasing and installing a gas fireplace from this store. The first time, I waited 10 minutes for the owner to finish his phone conversation. He never acknowledged my presence, so I finally left. The second time I returned to the store, the woman working there informed me I needed to construct a frame inside my existing fireplace since it’s metal and not brick. She sent me home with brochures telling me to find a fireplace insert and follow the guide in the brochure to know which fireplace and frame would fit in my existing firebox. I later learned I didn’t need to do any such thing! Neither this store or the Corvallis fireplace store install the fireplace they sell you either! Why is that? It’s near impossible to find someone to install a gas fireplace unit. After much searching, I stumbled upon a man who comes to your home to find out what you need and what it takes to get a gas fireplace installed. He advised me on what would work in my situation, ordered it and installed it beautifully!"
