"Went to premiere and picked out my vinyl and carpet. I was having my floors done in Sweet Home while I was still living in Portland. I realized that I had not written down where I wanted carpet and where I wanted Vinyl. I called and talked to I believe the owner and told him I wanted carpet in the living room and the 3 bedroom, every where else I wanted vinyl.When I came back down I discovered they had put carpet in the dining room. I went in to pay the balance that I owed and told them about the mistake. They wanted to charge me $700.00 to take the carpet out and replace it with vinyl. They would gladly pay for 1/2 of it. The office manager came to look at what had been done, he told me he ask my husband and he told him to put carpet in the living room. I guess the man that measured the floors (the office manager) did not see the sticky marks from the tiles that had been there before, also he didn't notice the built in china hutch or the light that is suppose to hang over your dining room table.Not very happy that now I have carpet in my dining room. I wonder how that is going to look in 6 months? Now on to the installer he was fantastic. I have never in my life see such a great job."
