"Last week I had the unfortunate experience of my car failing to start after I came out of the store. My 5 minute stop turned into an all-night event. My ignition switch wasn't going to work for me ever again. I called a tow truck. After 3 hours of waiting, I received a call from the tow company. They told me the tow truck broke down and I would have to call for another truck. Long story short, the guy working in the store said I could leave my car till morning. At which time I returned and called for another truck. I appreciated that they let me leave my car and trusted me to come back early the next morning. Very nice guy!!"

"Son went in to get a bottle of cold water. It was hot outside. Only had a $20. The cashier gripped about having to give change for a $20. Only other thing he could have done was use a debit card. Really, it is legal tender, I understand tills run short, (family members have worked in stores like this.) We understand that But it was not deliberate, He needed a drink on a hot day. A smile would have been nice 3 starts water was cold and refreshing, price was reasonable, clerks attitude was not reasonable."
