"First, patients should not be doing the data entry work of the office staff. Drop your rates if you insist patients spend more than 10 minutes doing "paperwork" for you. The new office feels cold, sterile and unwelcoming. The lobby/ waiting room is noisy from three people constantly on phones talking loudly. The Assistant was unfriendly and belittling. The doctor was cold and not forthcoming with solutions to my issues. I felt shamed by the Dr. for being poor and unable to purchase expensive product, and she gave no alternatives. Further shamed because I haven't upheld her standard of care. WASTE of a $30 co-pay. I got better service at the Mexican restaurant across the street, and for less money."
