"The current night staff includes a guy who seems to think we are fellow paroles or something. Several times he has rubbed me the wrong way. The last straw was when he got on me for not seeing a sign on the door (which was opened when I came in), gave me a hassle over it, then refused to take cash payment. Luckily the is one just a bit further south with much more friendly staff."
"I go in here every other day and I buy the same thing that costs between $35-$37. I came in Tuesday and was charged over $39! I went in today and paid $35.60. It then occurred to me that the guy that was on the cash register didn’t give me my discount and knew it and tried to tell me the price went up! It went up almost $4 for one day?! Yeah right. You know, most of the people that work there I actually like a lot, they are always friendly and I’m in and out. There is just one person in particular that is always trying to sell you something extra. If I wanted it I will let you know… So annoying when you don’t even honor your discount. EDIT! This place needs new management. They are always out of everything and today they don’t even have hot dog buns (not that I wanted a hot dog) when is enough enough?"
"I like this store it's convenient on my way to work. People are friendly and inviting. But this mornings stop wasn't as nice as usual. Product in box's, water leaking all over the floor by the coffee and a cashier that has no idea what he's doing. He was in training last weekend and is not ready to be on his own . I won't stop if I see him bye himself again. If you watch your cameras you will see your employee watching tick tick on his phone. Also I wanted lottery and he didn't know how to use the lottery machine or he was to lazy. This is all I have to say."
"Been going here forever for misc convenience shopping. Their food is often out of date or makes you sick anyway, younger guys working there are nice but much of management is rude and jaded.. They recently closed their public toilet and the last time I went I watched them refuse a pregnant woman access. When I also asked since I have an ada protected kidney issue, they also said no. BUT then started saying people like us are the reason public toilets like Avery Park are trashed and why they closed their public toilet..? What? I think management needs to check their attitude. Refusing a pregnant woman is messed up, reporting them and not going back."
"Cheap, penny pinching, mean management creates a terrible store for customers and a terrible workplace for the employees. The food is often out of date and there is a large restroom sign on a restroom that they are not allowed to let anyone use. Both the exterior and interior are grimy. Avoid this place if at all possible."
