"Amazing service and communication. Generator repair was done quickly and professionally and I appreciated all the helpful tips on maintaining our equipment."
"Our Duromax generator would not start during the recent ice storm in the area. Three neighbors and I tried to get it started checking everything we knew might be the problem. A call to Duromax suggested I take it to Eugene Power Tools, In Eugene, Oregon. They are the certified repair shop for my Duromax Power Generator. Once there to drop the generator off for repairs, I found there were several things I needed before it could be checked while under warranty. The phone lines to Duromax Technical Support were extra busy and I spent hours of time over days of trying to get someone to take my call. Lisa at Eugene Power Tools helped me with that process by calling them for me and getting the answers to the information that was needed so their shop could check my generator problem. Lisa kept me informed by texting me as to the progress of the repairs. Once the problem was discovered, Bill their mechanic, fixed the problem and I was notified the repair was completed in two days following the discovery of engine problem. Once home I started it to see how it ran. It easily started and ran well. Thank You both Lisa and Bill for the good service."
"This place is a joke. Don't take your Milwaukee tools to this shop... They are listed as authorized repair center, but refuse to service batteries under warranty. This is the text I received from them: " All batteries go to the factory for evaluation. There is no point in me shipping it when you can. I service tools that are serviceable. What you want is convivence and that "service" you get from someone making money from you" Hmm, no long term relationship built here, that's for sure."
"Hands down the woman behind the counter was the rudest person I have had the misfortune of meeting in years. I am happy to go out of my way to take my business elsewhere and will encourage every contractor and landscaper I know or meet to go elsewhere. To his credit, the man there seemed pleasant and honestly a bit uncertain how to respond. I am a yes mam kind of man so I’m not sure why I got what I did. ***Edit*** All Seasons had me done in no time. Thanks for the pro tip. What a joke…"
"This place does power tool repair on a lot of popular models and have a quick turn around. This is definitely the cheapest option when it comes to tool repair. They also do air tool repair. Fast and friendly service with a small town feel. They carry just about any size socket sae and metric."
